Default Chocolate

I have been doing those logs---Journals is what I meant----But I came to a strange finding----Nothing drastic---But I come to the conclusion thru the Journal---Chocolate really changes my state of being for the worse-----

Any one else?

No biggee--Just a weird finding!!

But good news---Its a day and a half and I still feel human!!!!!

Were you peeking??? I just shoved a piece of fudge in my mouth and you post about chocolate!!!! Actually, it makes me feel really good! I love chocolate and once thought about giving it up, but that lasted about a second.

I journal too and will probably never have to write that I gave up chocolate. It's just not in me. I'm weak! I'm just not strong.!!!! *sigh*

I know a person, where Chocolate is a trigger for an MS exacerbation.. He cannot have chocolate at all.

Happy to hear, you are still doing OK.

Since I started eating ridiculously low Saturated and Trans fats in July, I've avoided chocolate like the plague.

Chocolates!!!!! Bite your tonghue!!!! You'll be dissing alcohol next!!!!

I know I feel better when I cut bad foods out, but they taste so good. I make resolutions, but break them. I'm good for a day and then really bad the next.

I know!!! How weird!!----I love Dark Chocolates---Even when I was still a cop I had my stash and indulged--- I don't know if it had any adverse reaction back then---But today----If I have to cut this out----What? This Italian boy is going to learn I need to cut out Pasta next--- then Coffee---Then Beer---

I already had to know off being in the heat!!!

Maybe I don't like this new found semblance of health now I can actually make sense of certain things---Or maybe I should stay clear of my food and SX's Journal!!

Old Man PJames is picking me up this morn----Hopefully an IHOP BFast is planned----
