WE had the best meal for jeffs birthday, we went to this italian restaurant called Marcellos.
We shared freshly streamed mussels in this awesome butter sauce that was perfect for dipping this great bread into. When we were out of bread I finished having the broth/soup with a spoon, it was so good!
Jeff and I split a salad which was delicious, great greens and olive mixture.
WE both ate the same thing for our entree. This lobster, shrimp seafood with sherry cream sauce on linguini. very good! Since it was jeffs birthday they gave him this moose with caramel, amaretto flavors.
We were so happy that we went there instead of bone fish grill.
pricey but it was special. Hope we go back there again.

We did watch the debates. My husband stayed up late to watch the first hour or so.

I am getting 3 quotes for the work required to fix the wood surrounding the bedroom window. It is like a bay window box that protrudes from the main house. hard to describe. It is the only wood on the whole house.
2 handyman and one windows company. also we need to get a new front door.

yesterday, WE had a plumber come out and roto rooter our kitchen drain. It cost us $182 dollars, called a competing company today to see what they would have charged $130 so don't think we will stick with Ace company next time.
oh well we should have called around.
dieting is a disaster.

Getting the clogged fixed was kind of an emergency situation. Most people don't call around to price those things and some companies take advantage of that. I'm sorry you got screwed.

It's good that you are getting quotes for the window and door. There is time to do that for that project. 3 companies is a good pool to fish from

charles was ok.Will see what the next handy man has to say and his estimate,
the windows will have to be made they are an abnormal size. So that will cost more money. He guessed around $1500 total including painting and replacing the windows. Will go look at doors and hardware and windows at a store right down the road from us. and go to home depot and lowes too.

will see how Dan is monday morning. he is referred to me by a client of mine.
The window company won't be able to come out for 2 weeks due to the flooding last month and all of the work that they have been doing. I understand.
