Same for me.
I can be great one day and miserable the next day.
I use to think certain foods were triggers, but truth is, I don't think so anymore. I can't find any rhyme or reason to triggers. I use to say when I cheated and ate lots of sugar or carbs triggered but there are times I cheat big time and feel fine.
Oh how I wish I did know, so I could change it or stop it.
