You know, I don't feel or notice any difference with the epsom lotion but I use it faithfully since so many here love it.

When I first started using it I thought I loved it and could tell a difference, but at with many things, many its mental, because it always seems like those positive "feels" wear off or go away or maybe it was all in my head to begin with.

I put the lotion on my wrists and arms too, and I am sure it helps. The epsom baths ALWAYS worked and I loved them, too bad my feet hate hot water now.
