You know, I don't feel or notice any difference with the epsom lotion but I use it faithfully since so many here love it.
When I first started using it I thought I loved it and could tell a difference, but at with many things, many its mental, because it always seems like those positive "feels" wear off or go away or maybe it was all in my head to begin with. I put the lotion on my wrists and arms too, and I am sure it helps. The epsom baths ALWAYS worked and I loved them, too bad my feet hate hot water now. ![]() |

Did you ever try soaking in warm water with combination of epsom salt and baking soda (that is when you can still tolerate warm water)? I read it is a good detox. i want to try it but am asking around first how it works.... Mary |
