Sally - Changing your thought patterns really does help with better sleep and moods in general. Most nights, I can't say every because sometimes I'm too tired, I write in my prayer journal all the things I am thankful for - family, friends, a certain event, etc. I also found that watching lighthearted or comedy shows within an hour of going to bed helps. The Walking Dead would certainly give me vivid scary dreams.


I try to keep things light and happy and it seems to make a difference for me.
