Sounds like good progress, are you having a day off walking tomorrow or do you go every day? Monitoring your bp and heart rate sounds like a good idea, it must give an accurate picture of your fitness level. I want to try jogging again but think I need to power walk first.

Symptoms overcome: Nausea, head pressure, debilitating fatigue, jelly legs, raised pulse rate, night sweats, restlessness, depersonalisation, anxiety, neck ache, depression.
Symptoms left: Disturbed sleep, some residual tinnitus.
