Could you quantify the improvement you got so far? (E.g. pain level on an average day went from 8 for 10 hours to 2 for 5 hours).
I am also wondering how much time on average you spend per day doing your exercises.
It's kind of hard to answer but I used to be almost bedridden at times for many years. When I first started the joint mobility exercises a new excercise that only lasted a minute or two would cause me pain a inflammation for about 4 or 5 days, or more. Over time, it has improved to where I can almost do exercses daily! A huge part of this is intuition. I've learned to sense where I'm tight and where I need to move or stretch. I've had many setbacks along the way.

I'm not sure exactly how long I spend exercising each day but I feel like it's become a habit, or instinct. Some days it's more than other's but I don't really think about it that much.
