The original post was advice for those that had not yet been approved for benefits.

In your case, you are undergoing a Long form CDR and were also sent the Function Report and your spouse sent the 3rd party Function Report.

The above advice should be fine, but the main issues are going to be has your function improved, stayed the same, or decreased since you were originally approved?

Have you attended school or training or worked since being approved?

Have you continued seeing your doc/s regularly and been compliant with prescribed meds and treatment?

Were you sent the short form CDR first???
