Battling that myself right now. I had been thinking on it and prepping myself...I think it took my latest diagnosis to get me to actually go through it. I'm going kind of slow but gave myself a big push the first few days. I've gone from 3-1/2 packs (I know, but it's been my pain med) to just under a pack in 2-1/2 weeks. I have the "My Quit Coach" app on my phone and I use a timer on my phone to steady the nicotine in my system and I increase that every couple of days. I wish you much success!
