As PostConcussionMan said, I too find that forgetting about the event can stop the worse feeling that you are having. I have really bad anxiety about hitting my head again, every time something happens by accident where I jerk my head foward or I come close to hitting my head I become very nervous about the event.

For now, all you have to do is if you find that you think you did an action or something happened that could give you a concussion, just try to forget about it. And you should feel better. If symptoms still persist for a time tell your doctor about it definitely. But for the most part I just ignore it, and it goes away!

Good luck
Sam
