I'm at 16 months and have had periods of twitching as I drop off to sleep, they seem to have gone now. I occasionally used to 'jump' before my injury but not repeatedly or as strongly.

Sleep is still pretty bad for me (I sound like a stuck record), I'll get a couple of rare days where I'll wake at 7:30 but usually it's stupid o'clock in the morning and wide awake. Can't get my head around the sleep issue as I feel pretty relaxed these days, maybe there's a deeper relaxation needed.

Symptoms overcome: Nausea, head pressure, debilitating fatigue, jelly legs, raised pulse rate, night sweats, restlessness, depersonalisation, anxiety, neck ache, depression.
Symptoms left: Disturbed sleep, some residual tinnitus.
