Hello Crypts_Of_The_Mind

Welcome to Neurotalk Support Groups

You have landed in a great place and will find many friendly and supportive people here.

I am sorry to hear about your troubles with epilepsy and your back. On your medications, there are a lot of little tricks to help with that. If you have already tried setting an alarm or trying a pill-minder, you might look at the automated dispensers that tell you when to take it.

Back trouble can be a real challenge, especially if it is hampering your ability to walk. Strained muscles alone can be quite uncomfortable and take time to settle down. I can speak from experience on that one - and they often strike in the same place. I hope that is indeed all you're dealing with. Exercises to strengthen your core, physical therapy, chiropractic, massage or Active Release Therapy may help.

You might find these subforums helpful Epilepsy

Spinal Disorders and Back Pain

Answers to common questions can be found in the FAQ at the top of the main page and there is a handy Search feature there as well.

Make yourself at home, there is a lot to explore. We look forward to seeing you around.

Have a beautiful day,
