I've been gone and just returned. I've caught up with your thread.

It sounds like things are going very well. I'm not sure I understand
the meat comment. So I'm going to ask a question. And hope I don't
confuse or aggravate you. Only because Derrick's doctor told him
to make sure he ate meat every day, and to eat lots of red meat.

Which he has been doing. He has lost 12lbs, and until his birthday he
had lost probably 5 pounds more. But he ate two much sweets last
week. So its okay, he is back on his special diet this week.
