I've been gone and just returned. I've caught up with your thread. It sounds like things are going very well. I'm not sure I understand the meat comment. So I'm going to ask a question. And hope I don't confuse or aggravate you. Only because Derrick's doctor told him to make sure he ate meat every day, and to eat lots of red meat. Which he has been doing. He has lost 12lbs, and until his birthday he had lost probably 5 pounds more. But he ate two much sweets last week. So its okay, he is back on his special diet this week. Donna |

if she asks i will just tell her that i donated them and not that i left them in the incinerator room hoping some worker in the building will take them i still can't find a part of bottoms i love. I will ask her to straighten out the mess I made with the remaining clothes. She has a routine but last tuesday she really blew it. I am also going to try to be neater. once i throw a lot of books away and throw out supplements i don't use that will make me feel better. i will throw away the supplements tomorrow. the agency has a lot of awful workers. they give them benefits but lousy pay.

yes it does. my rent bill includes the electricity and the building uses click pay which automatically takes out the money from my checking account every month.
robert came over yesterday and activated my new cell phone. it is tracfone which is so cheap. he got his first shot. he was worried because he has a heart condition. i was so relieved for his sake. my stomach has been bothering me all weekend. love bobby |
