This has only been going on for about 5-6 weeks, before Dec 27th I haven't had but a few odd things (numbness related) over the past 4 years, never a every day issues like I'm having now so I haven't started a SX diary yet.

You should do a symptom diary whenever you start getting new and weird symptoms. I keep meaning to do it, but forget to write stuff down. This would have been a good thing to have at the neuro's office last week, because I couldnt remember all the little piddly weirdo symptoms that I'd been having...at least I remembered the big stuff...numb legs and twitchy eyeballs.
