Lightbulb 2000 IU max

Unless you get a blood level drawn, and are very low, and use D3

I am still conservative about D, in spite of the new findings.

If you get alot of sun, and tan, you can forgo it (unless you have a blood level).
Some people fail to utilize sun properly, but you won't know this unless you
get tested. (I do not take D in the summer).
