it's a starting place to get the muscles working again. we know from having babies, they don't go back overnight. we do start lifting those babies right away. men don't tend to do that after surgery.
hope this all works out and he doesn't have to have another surgery.

That's so funny, when I was losing weight I would wear tops there were a little tight around my belly and would hold me belly in went out shopping and just around others. I did see that it was working and my tummy was getting flatter and toned fast.

I even told others to try it but I don't think they believed me.
