Sorry to here that the manipulation didn't work on you. It did for me both times. The third time it was gone for good so I was thankful for that. You have to worry about falling when you have vertigo so you need to be careful.
It's most of the reason I'm so messed up today. I can remember the first time I fell. My head was spinning and it just seemed like everything was spinning around me.

Do try it again yourself and it might work the second time. It could also be your glasses as they said.

My worry for you is that you might end up falling and getting hurt because of it. Mine hung on for weeks before we figured out what it was. By the time we did I'd done fell several times and ended up so much worse off with my arms, hands and chest.
