Lightbulb some people report

heart burn or reflux from the higher dose Bcomplexes.
I am not sure which ingredient is responsible for this.

The B12 ONLY stand alone supplements do not cause this.

for 9 cents a day, it is certainly worth a try! Go for the activated methylcobalamin (not the synthetic cyano--which needs 4 steps in the body to convert it).

Methyl version is not commonly in stores. Most of the posters I know buy it online at places like www.iherb.com
