Of course. Sometimes I don't see the obvious. I had tried the foil and double sided sticky tape. He loves both of them. He loves it when I make him a ball of sticky tape. He will lay on his back and pass the darn thing back and forth, from paw to paw for the longest time.

The door stops should do the trick. He can keep himself occupied trying to pop them up.
