Please. Get a copy of the radiologist's report of the bone scan to show to you PM. And if the jerk of a neurologist is the guy who's reading the films and writing the report, then you need to get copies of the images themselves.

I'm no doc, but that sounds like a classic positive bone scan report for RSD/CRPS. Sorry. So, I'm not sure that a clean result on the blood test for autoimmunes gets you out of the woods. Can't believe the neurologist said he didn't know what RSD was, but you didn't have it!
