You are NOT being lazy! Your body is just giving you grief right now. It is NOT your fault! I read your other reply and everything you are going through is exhausting to READ, let alone LIVE!
It is so frustrating - they still don;t know what all is going on with me and why I keep crashing, but I REFUSE to let this illness get me down - b/c then it has WON! 
The ONLY positives that have come from this are that I' have met people like you and am so much more appreciative of my life. That is it!
What other autoimmune problems are you having? How are YOU today? Are you feeling better?

The all over general fatigue is debilitating. I feel so lazy and unproductive because of it. Having to parcel out strength and energy on a daily basis and remembering to conserve some for the unexpectant is almost more trouble then it is worth.
