Thanks for the reply. All of this is so confusing especially when you combine several autoimmune diseases at once. Good grief, how does one ever sort everything out. It's like a giant puzzle that you work on everyday but will never be able to finish because you are missing pieces.

The all over general fatigue is debilitating. I feel so lazy and unproductive because of it. Having to parcel out strength and energy on a daily basis and remembering to conserve some for the unexpectant is almost more trouble then it is worth.

Thanks for being so upbeat in your replies. It really helps!
