My hands are almost always in a "Fist" position.... when I am tired or nervous they shake a lot.
I usually do not notice it happening as it happens quite often. Usually a friend or acquaintance will point it out to me.
I can't stop it from happening but I can calm it down by holding my hands or crossing my arms and in a way trapping my hands.
I wish you all the best...
I know how frustrating all of these "weird" symptoms can get.
