I have rsd in my hand/arm/shoulder and I drop things alot. I have a tremor that can be pretty mild to just down right shaking, also get twitches but just in my arm. Sometimes they are painful but other times I don't even notice. I have generally good function of my arm but poor fine motor skills in my hand, I do try to pick things up with it and I try to use it as much as possible but the more I do the worse the pain and swelling gets. I am tired all the time but haven't fallen asleep like you described. I have a very hard time getting to sleep and staying asleep at night and have to nap during the day though. I find that I am really only functional for half a day, then I am shot. Not sure if it's the pain or meds or both. I don't think my family "gets it", I feel useless but that's another topic. I hope this gets better for you.
