I tried this gluten forum but there just wasn't enough ppl there to help so I've been talking to Cara and Anne and the folks at her site.

It looked to me like the link in your post for the P-5-P product it listed wheat and gluten in it but indeed it says
"contains NO". I do try to read up but I'm a really busy man with much responsibilities other then my PN. Unfortunately for the PN.
Maybe I'd better stick to one forum right now when I'm making so many changes. First and foremost at this time the gluten ppl who I've been talking to for the past couple of months and have helped me find this intolerance can help me get things sorted out with my new diet. I just dropped by to let folks know that I did indeed test positive. I will stay on the supplements and do the best I can given my knowledge concerning them.
