I seem to recall advising you to read things carefully in the past? I worry when I see people here show confusion like this. I really do
I don't think you can follow a supplement plan if you are not reading posts here or other information carefully.

If you decide to take the P-5-P product, to avoid heartburn issues, and you continue with the benfotiamine, and B12 separately, I don't think you need a B-complex separately at this time.

Since your Gluten test was positive....I think you will have to be patient, and take care of your diet for a while. This may reduce your GI symptoms quite a bit, or completely. I'd continue the B12 anyway, if you temporarily stop your other supplements.
You are most likely deficient in other things too. (some minerals, like zinc and trace others with the gluten reactions).
As you improve the inflammation from removing gluten, you may start absorbing other nutients more normally over time.

I suggest you visit the gluten forum here and get further advice from people who have done this and succeeded over time.
