Hi Garney,
Most states require you to be seizure free for 3-6 months (some up to a year) before you get your driving priveleges reinstated. It sucks, but each time you have a seizure the clock resets itself all over again. Not fun.
I'm glad for you that you have people nearby who are willing to help you out.
What type of seizures do you have? I used to have cp's and sp's and am just starting to have sp's (aura's mainly) again with migraines with a couple of cp's since surgery 4 1/2 years ago. Hopefully nothing more than that.
