During the day I notice them but they're more controlled. I know it's happening but I don't think anyone else can tell. If they can they haven't said anything. Thank goodness I don't have the jerky kind during the day. I'd be dangerous in the produce department of the grocery store!

LMAO!!! I do this too but mostly with my legs. Many times I don't fully wake up but in the morning based on how my legs/body feels and the way my bed looks I know what went on at night.


Even worse, I sleep on my stomach so all that jerking and snapping of my legs from the hips and knees makes my back hurt. (I hope I explained that well.

)
