I have MS tremors, too. I notice them at night more than I do during the day. Last night I woke myself up jerking my left arm! I was almost asleep and then
wham....my arm jerks up and I nearly scared myself out of the bed!
During the day I notice them but they're more controlled. I know it's happening but I don't think anyone else can tell. If they can they haven't said anything. Thank goodness I don't have the jerky kind during the day. I'd be dangerous in the produce department of the grocery store!
