LMAO!!! I do this too but mostly with my legs. Many times I don't fully wake up but in the morning based on how my legs/body feels and the way my bed looks I know what went on at night. Even worse, I sleep on my stomach so all that jerking and snapping of my legs from the hips and knees makes my back hurt. (I hope I explained that well.)
