What if you uninstall it reboot and reinstall it?
If it is still the same after the reinstall - I'd box it back up and exchange or return it.
You might do a web search on the exact name & brand of it for reviews or comments maybe others had the same problem. |

I finally found out how to make a video. I changed the resolution to 160 x 120 and it played back just fine. I figured out how to upload to youtube (and don't ask me how I did it because I'll never remember), but have a good laugh.
