We do have earthquakes in colder states too, we just don't usually realize it. When my daughter was a baby, we had one in Michigan, and it shook my house...I thought someone was dynamiting rocks in their field. Later on the news they told us it was an earthquake.

I do not want either, the earthquakes, the cold, or even the tornatoes. Don't want much, do I?

My daughter flew home yesterday, and I was a wreck with all the recent plane happenings. Her flight from here to Chicago was late leaving, because the plane coming back from Chicago was delayed...then her flight in Chicago for Detroit was delayed because of the snow there. They had to load 2 planes worth of people onto one plane, which required a longer runway, and they had to wait for it to be plowed open. She was to be in Detroit at 4:10 and got there at 4:55. I'm just glad she is off the planes.

We urge all doctors to take time to listen to your patients.. don't "isolate" symptoms but look at the whole spectrum. If a patient tells you s/he feels as if s/he's falling apart and "nothing seems to be working properly", chances are s/he's right!
