If you go to sleep at 6pm and wake up at 3am ,,that is normal,,your body has gotton its 9 hrs sleep,,force yourself for a couple of days until your body gets used to it , stay up until 9 pm ,,then you should sleep until 6am,,I used to work swing shift and I had to switch my sleep patterns around,,,,and No mid day naps,,,,,,good luck to you,,i like useing melontonin as a sleep aid as well
