thanks and low pain days
I have trouble with one foot going into spasm & toes turning under, too. I get relief from Zanaflex, a muscle relaxer. What also helps is reflexology, if your feet can tolerate the pressure. By putting pressure on certain trigger points (I use my thumbs or small balls) I'm often able to manage to release the spasm myself.
