Okay now I see it, from last nite's posts but not the ones prior.
So you can't edit your posts after a certain period of time passes ?
I wanted to add another condition that I was diagnosed with : HPU or also called KPU. They stand for Kryptopyrolurria and Hemopyrrollactamuria.
Any of you guys heard of that ?

Well, since my insomnia was so severe I got on prescription meds to put me sleep, and there's very few that works for me.
But the one that I've used seems to put me into a deep sleep and for a long time. And the doctor who was treating me for my other conditions - that was the first thing he addressed was getting sufficient sleep as being key. Could my symptoms still be the result of an underlying Sleep Apnea, even if I'm now getting plenty of sleep due to the meds ?
Letely I've been trying to get off the sleep meds, because I'm worried of the effect of long-term prescription usage, so I've been experimenting with natural supplements to help me sleep.
As for diet, I am on an extremely strict regimen, based on my doctor's orders. I do not eat any gluten, dairy, sugar, pork, or alcohol. This eliminates almost all kinds of food, so I eat much less now, and as a result have lost a lot of weight. I take Greens Powders, full of dried vegetables, and add it to a daily drink, and otherwise eat a lot of protein, fruits and vegetables.
So with the bad stuff eliminated, and good stuff added, I think my diet is good.
My doctor also addressed the B Vitamins. I've even been giving myself 5 cc's of B-12 injections daily for the last couple months. But it hasn't really helped. I now take sublingual Folate and B-12.
I've had my thyroid tested, and they said that was normal. And I've taken DHEA supplements on my own. So the only thing I havn't addressed that you listed was Vitamin D, and sex hormones.
