Chandler,

Do you have anybody who can observe you sleeping? Most of the symptoms you list can be caused by chronic severe sleep apnea as it ravages your brain from night after night of oxygen deprivation. My father suffered a very slow mental deterioration due to untreated central sleep apnea. He exhibited almost all of your symptoms as his dementia progressed.

Do you try to eat a nutritional diet? You also have a long list of symptoms of depression. I suffered from many of those symptoms until I was treated by a psychiatrist who got my nutrition improved. Strong B vitamins were the key.

Have your blood tested for folate, B12, D, hormones including Thyroid, DHEA, and all the sex hormones.

This will be a start.
