Thankfully I havent had any more of those 'turns' as I will call them for now!
After the second one happened I did have a soreness in my upper back when I inhaled, its nearly gone now, thankfully.
I will definitely contact my Dr and see what he thinks and if there is any relaxers he can give me, just in case!
Im shocked to think that so many of you get these all the time
. I thought the pain I have with the back and legs is bad but this on top of it all is just wayyyyyyy too much!!! so hopefully these were just a blip!........
Rae you asked what could have caused this!!! well when I think back .....the second one I got was early on Wednesday morning. I had my granddaughter here and I had just taken her out of the high chair! So putting two and two together I think
that I may have caused that 'turn'! But I cant say for sure or rule it out. My husband and daughter have been great helping me with Cara. I generally let them do all the lifting and pulling etc. But occasionally I do get 'carried' away....and because of that I end up paying the price!!! GOSH will I EVER learn.....
