Hi agabor, similar outcome to yours regarding post op relapse. Mine was quite quick ( approx 2-3 months ).............Bloody scar tissue!!!!!!
I was due a 2nd op on the opposite side but posponed/cancelled it due to the ongoing discomfort. I have only recently been feeling a little better since undergoing PT ( working on my shoulders and scalenes and traps etc and acupuncture to my tender points. It seems to be helping ( fingers crossed) . Also lots of meditation/relaxation and no heavy lifting.
