Hello sidharthmellam, Welcome.

We are not doctors here. We are just patients trying to help each other.

From what you have said, and the medications listed, it appears that your mother may be being treated for arthritis and/or some type of neurological (nerve) pain. There could be many causes. Some conditions of this type cannot be "cured" but only treated.

I would encourage you (or some family member) to accompany your mother when she sees her doctors so that you can help by asking questions and taking notes.

I have tried to interpret these medications into what they are called in the West; NUCOXIA-P is not currently approved in USA.

NUCOXIA-P ---After Food Morning 1 - Night 1 = Acetaminophen 500 mg; Etoricoxib 60 mg (a COX-2 selective inhibitor;NSAID)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Etoricoxib

GABANTIN-Forte ---ONLY 1 in Morning = 300 mg gabapentin; 500 mcg methylcobalamin

Tryptomer 10mg ----- only night For 5 Days = Amitriptyline

Perhaps one or more of the moderators can suggest a better place to answer this question.

Doc
