Question

Welcome to NeuroTalk:

It is a good idea to make an introductory post here on the PN forum about yourself. There are over 100 causes of PN, and not all of them respond to lipoic acid.

Can you tell us your details and medical history? Age, gender,
when this started, what you eat, what drugs you take or have taken (including OTC and antibiotics), lifestyle and work/hobbies to see if you are exposed to toxins, there.
How and when the pins and needles started, and whether they come and go or are there all the time. As many details as you can remember, especially what was going on with you when this started--illness or vaccine use.

Then perhaps we can connect the dots for you to tailor your options.
