Optic Neuritis (sorry)
With MS Fatigue (caused by demilynization), sometimes it
takes too much effort to keep your shoulders up, so they slump.
P. S...... I do most of my exercises and stretches, lying on my couch.
I do try to stand and stretch up on my toes for as long as can
manage (I don't walk very far, anymore.
