"ON" is shorthand for "Optic Neuritis". MS can cause vision problems.
If you're able to do physical therapy and exercise, you should try to do it. I need to exercise a lot more often than I used to. I'm pretty sure some of my fatigue is from the MS, but I also sit around at my computer all the time reading. When you sit at a computer all day, your body tends to lean forward in positions that are not really good for your posture. Plus, sitting all day can actually make a person weaker. You need to use your muscles and strength every day or you lose it eventually. I need to get better at getting up out of my computer chair and moving around.

With MS Fatigue (caused by demilynization), sometimes it takes too much effort to keep your shoulders up, so they slump. P. S...... I do most of my exercises and stretches, lying on my couch. ![]() I do try to stand and stretch up on my toes for as long as can manage (I don't walk very far, anymore.

Stretching, does sound like a good idea for slumping.
Nothing wrong, with being more a homebody and spending time online. Lots of people are like that. I get a blurred spot, when I am coming down with any sort of virus, mainly a cold. And it clears up, when I start feeling better. It's from optic nerve damage due to my optic neuritis flare ups that I have had, due to my MS.

There's nothing wrong with being alone. I don't think computer is causing eye problems. When I worked I spent about 90% of day staring at pc. I've withdrawn from social settings due to ms symptoms. Keep plucking away and find things that make you happy. I got a little dog to keep me company and vitamin d supplements. I don't like direct sunlight cause I burn very easily and can't take the heat. Good luck. This fatigue is a beast. Try strengthening your core and back to help with your posture.
