I am going with a "no" on this one. BUT, I am not a Doctor and may be way off. That amount of alcohol would be absorbed by the blood and gone in very little time.

The alcohol in Vanilla should cook off during baking..
Might be some other preservatives or odd ingredients that caused the problems. Is there alcohol left after I bake with vanilla extract? | Lagrima, LLC

Thank you. I read that too but grasping at straws at this point since I cannot figure out what is going on to cause such a relapse with the neuropathy. It seems hard to believe that 4 glasses of wine over a course of 4 days could make everything come back and last so long.
