Gupta Programme
This program was created by Asok Gupta originally to help himself recover from CFS and then was adapted for use for Fibromyalgia and then MCS. The premise is to retrain the amygdala in the brain which is overreacting to stimuli and in turn over stimulating the limbic system. I have just started it - worth a shot when dealing with MCS oh...
