Default Strange allergies and adjustments

I've got some strange allergies, and there are some things I just can not have at home. Between hives and headaches, I've learned the hard way of what I can handle:

Laundry detergent - So far Era and All are the only ones we can have. Tide makes me break out.

Dishwashing detergent - has to be electrosol. Cascade makes me sneeze.

Lysol is a yes - any other cleaner is a no

Fabric softner - the dozy of my allergies. I get sick going past this section at the grochery store. We have to use the bounce free dryer sheets. Even these I have to be careful of in order not to get hives, but is the only thing that won't give me a headache.

I have to be careful of hand creams. so far there's only one out of all of them I can use and not get hives. The norweigen hand cream by Nuetrogena.

I can't have any sunscreen over SPF 15. Otherwise I get hives.

The strangest allergy I have is being allergic to artifical rasberry flavoring. Doesn't matter if it's red or blue - if it's artifical rasberry, I'm a raccoon.

Anyone else have to keep track of stuff like this to keep oneself sane? Or am I just the strange one?
