I know how it feels to be accused of somehow having control over your "state". I also have episodes of confusion and disorientation that come and go like the wind or sometimes linger. I still have not figured out why it happens and there's a lot more to the story. My BF had a meltdown that I think was caused by the stress of the situation. Regardless, he accused me of making myself dizzy just so I wouldn't have to ride the bus. Now, who would DO that?!?! Sometimes I think when things get hard to pick up around us it's easy for our loved ones to use the accusation as a release of their stress. It's not fair of them to do but it's also not particularly fair that any of us have to deal with our symptoms, including our loved ones. Hopefully, he'll come around. In the meantime...
