Question Dermatographism

This is a new symptom I've recently developed, wondering if anyone else suffers and have found the triggers ?

Picture of my recent attack..they come and go within minutes, but sometimes last hours, so far I've had this all over my stomach, arms, back and chest.
It does look like a stratch but it's not, I googled it and another name used for this condition is "Skin Painting" I guess becasue it looks like you've drawn on yourself

Yep, I do. I'm so used to that one, I never even pay attention to it anymore Closely related to delayed pressure urticaria (which I also get) - you may want to check it out.
