Help Doctor's 18-yr term for consensual killing of ALS sufferer upheld

Doctor's 18-yr term for consensual killing of ALS sufferer upheld

I perceive this happened in Japan . . . Kyoto District Court . . .
Many states have rescinded 'rules' against this activity . . . one of the most famous cases here involved Mr. Youk of Cambodian decent, who died at the hands of "Dr. Death," partually addressed in this report:

Courageous ALS patients try to live it up
Courageous ALS patients try to live it up - CBS News

The early news on the Youk story indicated the camera has hidden from "Dr. Death's" awareness . . . many of later news stories had indicated "Dr. Death" was aware the recording device was being used for making a record of the activity.

Such doings do not help advance Science . . . staying alive can.
